Can I submit under my UK organization's name while I reside in an ineligible jurisdiction?

This should be fine according to the rules but this checkbox in the submission form is confusing:

"I, and, if applicable, all of my teammates, are from an eligible jurisdiction to compete (U.S., U.K., Australia, Ireland, Japan, or Canada (excluding Quebec))."

    Hi! Yes, as long as the owner of the IP (the organization) is based in one of the eligible locations then it is allowed.
